Heating, cooling and commercial refrigeration under one roof
A+ HVAC and Refrigeration covers three areas that most companies split between two or three different contractors. On the cooling side we repair, maintain and install central and ducted air conditioning. On the heating side we handle gas and electric furnaces, forced-air systems and boilers. And on the commercial side we service walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, prep tables and display cases for restaurants, groceries and facilities.
That matters because the equipment overlaps more than people expect — a rooftop unit is both heating and cooling, and a restaurant with a failing walk-in usually has a rooftop unit that needs attention too. One company that knows all of it means one call, one diagnosis, and nobody pointing at somebody else's work.
How pricing works, before you call
We price per repair, not by the hour. A licensed technician diagnoses the fault on site, then quotes a single flat price covering labor and parts, and no work starts until you approve it. There's no meter running and no incentive for anyone to take their time.
The diagnostic fee is $79 for residential and $149 for commercial visits, and it is waived in full when you go ahead with the repair — so on most jobs the service call effectively costs nothing. Labor starts at $199. Heating installations start from around $2,500 and are quoted per project after an on-site assessment.
What's backed by a warranty
Every repair we complete is warrantied. Most replacement parts carry a 12-month warranty, and labor is warrantied 30+ days depending on the extent of the repair. Every technician who comes to your property is licensed, insured and background-checked.
What we don't do
We'd rather tell you up front than waste your service call. Our air conditioning work covers central, ducted and commercial systems only — we do not service window units or mini-split systems.
