The standards behind the rating
The reviews reflect a few things we hold to on every job, and you can hold us to them too. We price per repair rather than by the hour, so you approve a flat number before any work starts. The diagnostic fee — $79 residential, $149 commercial — is waived in full when you proceed with the repair. Every technician who comes to your property is licensed, insured and background-checked. And every repair is warrantied: most parts for 12 months, labor for 30+ days depending on the job.
