Information we collect

This website has no contact form, no account sign-up, and no newsletter subscription. We do not collect personal information directly from pages on this site. We receive your information only when you choose to contact us:

By phone or email. When you call (312) 549-8885 or email info@hvacaplus.com, we receive whatever you share with us — typically your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the problem you need solved.
Through online booking. Our "Easy Online Booking" button opens a scheduling page hosted by Housecall Pro, a third-party field-service platform. Information you enter there — name, contact details, service address, appointment preferences, and any payment details — is collected by Housecall Pro and shared with us so we can service your appointment. That page is governed by Housecall Pro's own privacy policy, not this one.
When we perform work. To complete a job we may record service details, equipment information, photographs of the work performed, invoices, and payment records.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not run analytics, remarketing, or social-media tracking scripts. Your browser may store ordinary technical data (such as cached files) as it does on any website, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses — for security and reliability purposes.

Pages that link out to Google (our Business Profile and reviews) or to Housecall Pro will be subject to those companies' own cookie and privacy practices once you follow the link.

How we use your information

Service providers who work on our behalf — our scheduling and invoicing platform (Housecall Pro), payment processors, and our email provider — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service to us.
Suppliers or manufacturers, where a warranty claim or a special-order part requires it.
Authorities, when required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to honor warranties, resolve disputes, and satisfy tax, licensing, and insurance requirements — generally several years after the work is completed. When a record is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as promptly as we can. Some information must be retained where the law or a warranty obligation requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

Children

Our services are directed to homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
