Common questions
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. The majority of our repairs are completed the same day. If a special-order part is required, we'll typically wrap up the next day.
How does your pricing work?
We price by the repair, not by the hour, so you approve a flat, upfront price before we start — no hidden fees. Our diagnostic/service-call fee is $79 for residential and $149 for commercial, and it's waived in full when you proceed with the repair.
Is there a charge just to come out?
There's a diagnostic/service-call fee to come out and pinpoint the problem, but it's waived in full when you move forward with the repair — so with a repair, the service call is effectively free.
Are your repairs warrantied?
Yes — every repair is backed by a warranty. Most replacement parts carry a 12-month warranty, and labor is warrantied 30+ days depending on the repair.
Do you service window units or mini-splits?
Our air conditioning service covers central, ducted, and commercial systems only. We do not service window units or mini-split systems.
What systems do you work on?
Central AC, furnaces and heating systems, boilers, plus commercial refrigeration — walk-in coolers and freezers, commercial refrigeration, ice makers, refrigerators, and freezers.
Do you serve both homes and businesses?
Yes. We handle residential heating and cooling as well as commercial HVAC and refrigeration — and we understand that for a business, downtime is lost money, so we respond fast.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. A+ HVAC and Refrigeration is fully licensed and insured, and all of our technicians are background-checked.
What areas do you serve?
